Thanks for documenting this hopefully-useful configuration. I have only one
minor COMMENT and a few nits:

In Section 1, ND and ARP are given as examples of neighbor discovery
protocols; in Section 3.2, they are given as examples of address resolution
protocols. Are the terms equivalent? If so, where is that stated?

All comments below are about very minor potential issues that you may choose to
address in some way - or ignore - as you see fit. Some were flagged by
