I have added this one to the list at https://tinyurl.com/yrsbah4e

The 4th one this year, the 11th one since IPv6 was chosen in July 1994.

Hi all,

Recently, we submitted a new Internet-Draft draft-chang-ipplusplus-00
<https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/html/draft-chang-ipplusplus-00>. IP plus
plus(IP++) is an extension scheme for IPv4 designed to address the issue of address
exhaustion while avoiding the incompatibility and deployment challenges associated
with IPv6. Although similar proposals have been made before, including IPv8 not long
ago, IP++ differs from them in that it is not just a conceptual document; it includes
comprehensive deployment designs, such as compatibility solutions, as well as
runnable programs. If your relevant devices are based on Linux, you can start using
IP++ immediately.

However, since actual devices run on a variety of platforms, including Windows,
Android, iOS, HarmonyOS, and lwip, et al. Addressing cross-platform support is
the primary focus for the next phase of IP++ development. Currently, we are
refining the code related to lwip and the reverse proxy program, and it will
soon be ready for direct use in relevant scenarios.

Interested users are welcome to follow our progress and share your valuable
feedback.

Thanks,

Qing Chang
