Having read the problem description draft, I must say that I am left
with the impression that this is an interesting research
activity. And all of the discussion on the lists so far as also
given me that same impression.
While a working group should not be formed to endorse a single
solution, it also should not be formed unless we believe that there
is a (or are multiple) solution(s) ready for engineering.
