  PPP, RADIUS, and Diameter have been combining authentication and
authorization (including host configuration) for a long time.  PANA
doesn't carry configuration directly, but does interact with
configuration systems when the PaC IP address changes.

  One trend I've noticed recently is that AAA is showing up in nearly
every WG.  I think it's a recognition that authentication can't be
performed independently of everything else.  It has to be strongly tied
into the network design.
