Just return err. ice_write_one_nvm_block() seems to return it always
in case of an error.

Why you return -EIO and not just "err". ice_get_tx_topo_user_sel() seems
to return proper -EXX values.

Why you return -EIO and not just "err". ice_update_tx_topo_user_sel() seems

Why can't you only return this param in case
hw->func_caps.common_cap.tx_sched_topo_comp_mode_en
is true? Then you don't need this check.
