Your perfect startup string (or cfg) could be on page 1 or 21 - now idea - trial and error. I think I got mine working with -dxlevel 90 +mat_forcehardwaresync 0 +mat_max_worldmesh_vertices 1024 but i'm not shure now. Good Luck!
