Some games run, even when you have a modded driver or swiftshader, but are a bit laggy on higher resolutions...but there is a trick
For example: CoD 2: in the options of cod 2 you can choose which directx version you want to use, if you take directX 7 you get way more FPS, i´ve got 50 FPS on 640x480 and 30 FPS on 1024x720 and i see no diferences between directX 7 , 8 or 9 but more FPS but some games don´t give you the option to take directX 7, but you can force it to use 7 1.) go the games folder and select the exe of the game 2.) make a shortcut of the exe. 3.) open the properties of the shortcut and go to the line "Target" 4.) and ADD (don´t delete) " -dxlevel70" to the line (don´t miss the space) PS: don´t work for newer games Works with: Call of duty 2 Lord of the Rings 1 and 2 PLZ try your games if the run better and post your experiences Good luck --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "INTEL 9XX Gaming" group.
