I've already contacted him yesterday. This was what I wrote: Hi there
I have a question for the software, GMABooster. In your FAQ you write that the default clock on a notebook with a GMA 950 (945GM) is 166 Mhz. When I open GMABooster, it tells me my clock is already on 250 Mhz.You also write that when you exit the program, the clock you've set won't change. But if I exit the program, after setting it to 400 Mhz, and the open it again, it still says 250 Mhz on the clock. Is this supposed to happen, or am I doing something wrong? This is the reply: Hi, You are the first user to report such a behaviour. This may be a defect regarding your specific device Maybe the clock changes, but the number is not updated accordingly. By the way, could you please specify your device? I would suggest you to run 3dmark 05 or 06 (only the Feature Tests) to see is there a boost in Pixel Shaders and Texturing. If clock has changed to 400 MHz, the boost shall be very clear in these tests.
