For your second question "does Intel 965G have X3100"...No, the
numbers 965 or 945 are only the model-code for the chipset not for the
GPU. The Chipset Intel G965 has the GPU called X3000, it has pixel and
vertex shader 3.0 runs @ a clockspeed of 667 MHz and has 384 MB max.
VRAM. Only the mobile version of the G965 chipset, the GM965 has the
X3100 GPU which has pixel and vertex shader 4.0 runs @ 500 Mhz.

Overclocking or "boosting" (what ever that mean) wouldn´t be healthy
for you pc or laptop and i think you loose your warranty...
