Hey I know you from youtube. I have 1.8ghz duo core 533 mhz and 1gb ram and i run css at average 35fps. If you download casey's config (look on google) it should boost ur fps alot. r_3dskybox 0 command works best. btw 4 gb of ram won't help because ur system is 32bit vista so it only uses 2gb. Ur wasting ur money. an extra 1gb doesn't help much apart from give you room for multiple programs at once.
