hey, i had a very similar problem in fear...it ran smoothly the first time but the next time it was like shit slow.i tried many things to get it back to normal but in the end one of these things worked... i)the registry tweak(addgame.reg) ii)upgraded from modded driver 1545 to 1642... now ti works perfectly just like the first time.
