There is nothing special for win7 yet. What are your system specs? What is you system rate? On my Toshiba satellite it rates at 3.1, on my alienware M17x the score is 6.9 (lowest factor is for hdd, everything else is 7.1). the best things you can do is always keep the system defragged and registry optimized. There is hundreds of tips that can be given but those 2 are on the top of the list and everything else is determined if you are gaming online or off, if you are using nocd patches, running processes and so on.
