Haha I used to play GTA SA without modded drivers with 3danalyze on my vista 32bit laptop Centrino Duo 2.0Ghz with 2gigs of ram (intel945gm)
The framerate used to be unplayable, until I applied a simple registry tweak found on this website: http://www.hardwareanalysis.com/content/topic/45386/ I made the game run smooth as butter (30-50 fps) on 1024x768 resolution, graphics set on Low or Medium. But you have to apply the registry tweak and restart your computer first and with modded drivers I don't think you need 3danalyze. Try the registry tweak out!
