Doom 3 first, on lowest and maybe shadows off would boost FPS, which are average 15-30.
On the second place I'd say Prey which lags a tiny bit, just turn off blooming an tweak around the AA features, FPS from 10-30 in closed areas. Finally Quake IV, FPS goes like Doom's but the game has a terminal crash around some kind of tunnel, just while getting the plasma gun. No workaround for that one as far as I know.
