meh i'm sort of not allowed on pc's but i manage to sneak on :p also I do have a bit of knowledge on website creation and stuff. I could probably make a forum-like site for the 9XX group. Not currently though but maybe sometime in the future. The website I set up uses IPB, has an admin panel also. http://realmofespionage.game-host.org (its a WoW private server btw) but theres the site if u wanna check it out.
I also set up sites using MyBB, phpFusion, Jamoolea (or whatever its called), and some other stuff. But yea alls you need is basically a pc with Win or Nix on it and a ISP that allows u to use port 80 (there are few ISP's that block it. Comcast doesn't block it :D). U need then WAMP or XAMPP, 1 of the website things I listed, and a free DNS (No-IP, DyDNS, etc).
