Hey Dany how r u doing?
Welcome to the family :D

1) that would be amazing but... that would be amizing :)
i dont even know what to say.... i guess that if it dosent exist is
because its pretty hard to create

or maybe... companies like Nvidia pay to these developers to not
launch those products..
its like big oil companies they pay to scientist to prevent the
release of new techs based on energy and power consumption.

2) well bro here is the thing...
SW 2.0 or SW were not created to run games...
we used SW to make game run.... at least, those games that were
imposible to run under a 950 were "runnable" ^^ with SW, but with
poooooor performance

no matter what game u try to run... u wont get over 15 FPS (and 15 FPS
with SW is a lot) it dosent matter if u try to run UNREAL 3 or MAX
PAYNE 1... anyway ull get max 3-15 FPS (3 for UNREAL 3 and 15 for MAX
PAYNE)

also... it dosent matter what settings u use... ull get 1 FPS more if
u make it right (settings)

3)well bro it depends...
depends on several factors like the requirements, specially the shader
model required...

i have to say this:

*VISTA SUCKS!... so pls if u really want to play (it dosent matter
what game) PLEASE dont use VISTA
*XP has some advanteges over WIN7
*WIN7 has some advantages over XP
*some games run better under XP, others run better under WIN7 it
depends...

my advice: DUAL-BOOT WIN7-XP

for example SOURCE GAMES (HL-EP1, 2 PORTAL. CSS... bla bla) and many
others will run better under WIN7.. well some game wont run XP but
they will if u use WIN7, but some others will perform better under XP
like MAX PAYNE 1, 2, NFS Underground 1,2, MW, GTA SAN ANDREAS... and
bla bla bla
