hmm, well as i know e4500 has 64nm design while the e7400 has a 45nm design which are newer and more power efficient... and e4500 has 800fsb while e7400 has 1066fsb...hmm,that's all i guess... but im very suprised that both are the same price.....e7400 are a better processor as it's a "new" generation of c2d...
