it does, but i found out that it has a modified structure, because
there is a problem on the box saying that the min specs are
CPU - Pentium 4 2.4GHz Single Core processor
System RAM - 1GB
Video Card - Direct X 9.0c compliant video card with 128MB RAM (NVIDIA
6600 or better/ATI X1300 or better, excluding ATI X1550).
Sound Card - 100% direct X 9.0c compatible sound card
Hard disc space - 8GB free space

my friend has a core 2 duo 2.6ghz with 2 GB ram and an Nvidia 6600,
and the game did NOT run, what it is is that the graphics specs are
the same as call of duty 4 if not better, so if it does run, youll get
around 3-5 FPS

Call of duty 4 specs:
* CPU: Intel(R) Pentium(R) 4 2.4 GHz or AMD(R) Athlon(TM) 64 2800+
processor or any 1.8Ghz Dual Core Processor or better supported
* RAM: 512MB RAM (768MB for Windows Vista
* Harddrive: 8GB of free hard drive space
* Video card: NVIDIA(R) Geforce(TM) 6600 or better or ATI(R) Radeon(R)
9800Pro or better

see the graphics? NVIDIA 6600 GT, the specs on bioshock are almost
identical, look at the CPU, both pentium 4, 2.4ghz AND ram is almost
the same
