How can you upgrade a Notebook??? Its impossible as all the things are soldered onto the main board. The only thing you can do is buy a new one. And buying a new notebook for gaming is even more foolish. As for the price of good gaming Notebook you can purchase an excellent gaming PC system and a Netbook for portable use. The PC would be used for extreme gaming, the Netbook would be used for portable needs.
