Oh, and for reference I have my Samsung Q1U's old Intle chip from 600mhz/800mhz to 1100mhz easily, and my Q9550 from 2.8ghz to 3.9ghz. The new Core i7's people are bringing them from 2.67ghz to 4.2ghz. Depends on the chip, voltage, etc as always, but if you have experience OCing and the proper tools it's really easy.
