Requirements (Snow Leopard) - 1GB+ RAM - SSE3 CPU that is non-Atom - For Leopard, you need a SSE2+ CPU, I think Atom is supported.
Now you need to choose what path you want. You can use a distribution of mac that is specifically made for installation on normal computers such as Kalaway, iatkos, iDeneb, etc. Or, you can attempt to use a vanilla copy of OS X. I recommend checking out Insanely Mac first however.
