After a clean Windows 7 x64 install with Sigma 2 NextGen drivers,

If you check carefully, there's 3 ControlSet and for each of them
there is a \0000 and a \0001 folder.
There is also \Video present along with \Class. My best guess is that
the \Video setting is actually for movies in games.
