As far as I know, being a X3100 Sigma 2 user myself, any 3D game will have a higher fps when indoors (i.e. less to render) and I'm pretty sure that the X3100 does not support DX11. I'm mostly sure that it goes up to DX10 for the X3100. Additionally, there is the Intel Display Management Adapter by isair that you can use to switch your games back from software (what the addgame.reg did) to hardware (what you were originally).
