Why don't you have lightning and effect on low? :O They demand much from the card, if you were to lower them u could probably have medium textures at the same or even better framerate. One of the reasons you lag when two groups fight is probably because of having effect on high, i could almost bet on my mother that you would lose the lag if you lowered it.
Haven't played or tested this game myself, but from experience i know pretty much how any game work with their settings and lightning, shadows and shaders are really heavy. If you were to losen up on the resolution to about 1024x768 you would gain some more fps. -- INTEL 9xx SOLDIERS SANS FRONTIERS
