Hello, To post for help in why a game would not run, or if a game can run, please post (along with your question):
System Specs [CPU] (i.e. Intel Core 2 Duo E6320 1.86 GHz, or if you don't know, just Core 2 Duo 1.86GHz will do, too - Core Duo is 32bit, Core 2 Duo is 32/64bit) [GPU] (i.e. Intel GMA 3100) [RAM] (i.e. 2GB) [OS] (i.e. Windows 7 64bit) [TYPE] (i.e. "desktop" - this could be important, due to different variations of chipsets for netbook/desktop/laptop) Then, post the problem below. [GAME] (i.e. Star Wars: Empire at War) [PROBLEM] (i.e.: I see my mouse flickering constantly! ) .............................................. ---------------------------------------------- And then we would typically post a helpful solution, in this case: In the game options --> video Disable "Hardware Mouse," and the problem will go away. There might be an almost imperceptible mouse lag, but the flickering will stop. Also, the Alpha revision MD will solve this issue automatically, because it will not have mouse cursor flickering even with "Hardware Mouse" enabled (less latency between cursor -> screen, too!). ......................................... ----------------------------------------- This at least will eliminate the need for the (usual) first follow up reply: What hardware specs are you running?
