Sorry for that, but the problem persist! :P
Nothing change with this option set to 0. The "Keep
Proportion" ("Conserver les proposrtions") isn't available. I tried
with the value set to 0 and with the value set to 1, but nothing
change. This is this line, yes?

HKR,, ForceBorderForMAR,%REG_DWORD%, 1
The '1' that need to be set to 0? If this is it, it doesn't work.
Tried with 1 and 0. No change.
