oh, i had the game under run as administrator. took that off, changed it to high priority, and still no difference. i researched on the internet and some people said that codecs could be the problem, or if you card is set to open gl mode. the post wasnt completed so i cant find out if the person solved the problem. i used codec sniper to delete ALL of the codecs. some of them could not be deleted. when i tried to delete them the status changed from ok to broken.
