@Namige You might want to give him a list of options cause it sounds as if he is a bit confused. Like a list of launch options and tweaks or at least a link or search keyword.
@Randy I'm not sure if you saw it but there is a proper format which you are meant to post your issue in, if you don't do this it only slows down the whole process and we have to ask more questions just to get basic info such as system specs and installed software, I think the format is available on our front page.
