if it has no effect on temperature i wonder if it really makes gma run on 400mhz, just imagine a device running at 2.4x times higher clock rate.(your CPU would probably burn running at that rate) Also they say it eats up the battery, that energy has to go somewhere, and cant do anything but convert to heat. So if its not getting hotter, it might not even work at all. Thats my opinion.
