M2UseShaders and VertexShaders don't exist in WoW's console anymore and WoWwiki doesn't list them as valid in 3.3.3 either so aren't they decrepit (if thats the word)? btw if u wanna see what cmds are included in the console add -console to WoW's target box and press ~ ingame.
Also the SET fixedfunction "1" disables the first 5 options by itself (it actually gets rid of all shader effects). It does speed up performance, but Specular looks cool along with full screen glow IMO :p On Tue, Mar 30, 2010 at 2:49 AM, NeoDragon <[email protected]> wrote: > Forgot to mention, if your fps decreases, just put back the shaders to > 1, but I'd be suprise if it does > > On Mar 30, 12:46 am, NeoDragon <[email protected]> wrote: >> @Espionage : Add these >> >> SET ffxGlow "0" >> SET ffxDeath "0" >> SET ffxSpecial "0" >> SET M2UsePixelShaders "0" >> SET pixelShaders "0" >> SET showfootprints "0" >> SET SmallCull "0" >> SET maxFPSbk "5" >> SET useWeatherShaders "0" >> SET vertexShaders "0" >> SET detailDoodadAlpha "0" >> SET shadowLOD "0 >> >> And also these if your processor is a dual core. >> >> SET processAffinityMask "3" >> SET componentThread "2" >> SET M2UseThreads "2" > > -- > INTEL 9xx SOLDIERS SANS FRONTIERS > > To unsubscribe from this group, send email to > intel9x-gaming+unsubscribegooglegroups.com or reply to this email with the > words "REMOVE ME" as the subject. > -- Espionage724 Has A Signature... -- INTEL 9xx SOLDIERS SANS FRONTIERS To unsubscribe from this group, send email to intel9x-gaming+unsubscribegooglegroups.com or reply to this email with the words "REMOVE ME" as the subject.
