For anyone interested i found a solution to texture problems under DX8
with "mat_softwarelighting 1".
To fix them it's necessary to have:
mat_reducefillrate 0           // Shaders: High

Although high shaders reduce DX8 FPS slightly, it's noticeably better
than DX9 with low shaders.
