Open a disc image, then go to Tools > Write Disc Image. It automatically detects your flash drive (mine was a cruzer 8GB v8.02) and gives you options, like what bootloader you want to use (WinXP, WinVista, Linux, Win9x, etc), formatting the drive before writing, etc.
