Not so sure, i think yes but dell BIOS is unable to OC. One things i sure is undervolt will decrease your CPU temperature. My Intel C2D T5500 1.66ghz is able to reach max speed at 0.95v (original is 1.125v) . the temperature is dropped from 80+ to 65+ degree when playing games.
