Well by all means the game should run, maybe not at the best FPS though, according to the specs (vast difference in CPU req. between min and recommended) I would dare say that a lot of the more advanced graphical effects require a fair bit of CPU power. As I said before I'm not familier with this game but somebody here no doubt has and will butt in soon no doubt ;).
