Umm, not 100% sure about this. It depends on what was changed exactly
in Sigma 3.1, but if nothing was changed that would degrade
performance, then your performance may be the same.

hmm not sure. The VBIOS might work, but when I tried swapping VBIOS's,
I had no screen on boot. This could of been because of the incorrect
device ID.
So if a patched DSDT was imported in the system BIOS, along with a
965GM vbios, it might work.

I wonder what the TSR thing is that comes with the vbios though. I
think you could test the VBIOS inside supported OS's, like win98 and
other DOS based OS's though. idk.
