This used to be possible in XP, Hardware Profiles I believe they are called,
I think Angelic was looking into a windows 7 version but other than that I
don't really know. From what I understand of what you are asking you are
wanting something which can do this in realtime, not on boot, it should be
possible if we set up the driver space in RAM that can easily unload a
certain driver and load in the new one. However this wouldn't be as typical
as a driver mod, this would have to be written in code (C++ recommended). So
you will actually be looking for someone here who is adept in C or C++
programming skills and knowledge, I'm not familiar enough with C# to
recommend or write this in it so yeah. Good luck

ok i knw that there is a big storm between the members abt wht drivers
should be used !!!
and they hav a diff view for every version
some say better use MD v1.0 some say v1,1 some say Alpha is better (im
talking in the case of GMA 950 for example )

well i hav a new idea , i knw it might sound crazy but i think it
could be possible
hav anyone of u seen how ATI has that technology of having 2 GPUs on
one laptop
Like that ASUS laptop K50AB , which has low perf ATI Radeon 3200 HD
and the high performance ATI Radeon 4570
and how the nice thing u can switch between the 2 of them without the
having to restart windows :D

ok now if u r following wht i hav said my idea would be like this :
- can we create such software which can switch between diff DLLs of
every version of the Available drivers
of V1.0 & V1.1 & Alpha ( talking again for example in the case of 950
GMA ) without the need to uninstall the drivers each time ?

i hope Angelic and Espi and MB , could answer this .....

regards :)
