It's never a good idea to assume a fps range, there are too many things to take in account. Games run at their full glory when the specs are above recommended. You have always to consider what the recommended specs are, as they weight a lot on the possible performance. But to tell you the truth I find suspicious when a game has so many graphic generations between minimum and maximum graphics, namely no shader support all the way to SM3.0
