Since having a few talks with members of our group about windows
fundamentals for legacy pcs, which is a fancy name for a windows xp w/
sp2 made for embedded computers, I wandered on the web in search for
something similar to it but that wasn't an IT dinossaur :) Much to my
surprise there was close to nothing, but then I found a little thing
called windows embedded standard 7 runtime, a windows 7 embedded, both
x86 and x64 versions. It seems to have the same file size as the full
fledged desktop counterparts, but not having those "true" recommended
requirements of 4gb of ram.
