Well WoW depends on CPU mostly, and since my CPU already falls under recommended specs and all (1.6Ghz Single Core)..
Plus it doesn't help that theres a low-end GPU either, that plus user-mode drivers under 7 = complete slow down. Although this might also be assisted by other factors also like my under-clocked DRAM and other things.
