hiiiiii friends i am akoj akoz.i have tried the latest version of
pcsx2 0.9.7 R 3296 here is the link to download it

download the pal version of god of war 2.on thing i want to say that
if you want speed then you have compromise with graphics .now download
the above pcsx2 and configure it as follows
1. in configerations -speed hack tick each box and set vu cycle
stealing and ee cycle rate to max
.
2. in the gs option set constant skipping and frames to draw as 2 and
frame to skip 8(but it wont
effect much).
3. in ee/op set round mode- nearest and clamping mode to none.check
flush to zero and denormals and same setting goes with vus option.
4.go to configeration -plug in/ bios selector in that set gs -
gsdx3296(gsdx-sse2).now go to configure - d3d internal resolution in
this if you put 256, 256 the game will run at max 43 fps but gaphics
will be puzzeled.you can use native but will slow down speed .set it
at 600,480.now run the game use iso and never skip cutscenes as it
will give you black screen at some point.try it friends.bye
