friends as we know that silent hill 3 is the creepiest and best in the series but due its graphics demand we cannot play it nicely at least i cant play the game do starts by switshader and 3da but the game hangs at begening .i have tested ps2 version of this game in pcsx2 0.9.6 and 0.9.7 and found that both versions are compatible.here is the procedure download pcsx2 0.9.7 .now in configeration-speed hack set every thing to max and check each box in the gsdx plugin in set d3d internal resolution to 520,520.now run the game .in game will be around 27-30 fps if you set resolution lower the game will be speedy but graphics will be puzzling. this game run a bit faster on pcsx2 beta r 1888 in this version do the configerations as above and check the option vu frame skip in configerations -cpu in this version at some point the graphics will break but will cause very minor glitches. my specfications HD-80gb RAM-512mb processor-intel dual core 1.73ghz video memory -64 mb intel 945 chipset os-microsoft xp service pack 2
