My Intel Atom N270 Runs @ 1984,3 Mhz with: - Standard Voltage (i am not sure) - Multi 12 - 165,3 Mhz Busspeed - Overclocked by BIOS (save overclock bios by MSI (MSI WIND)) 100% stable. My 2GB Ram Module from Kingston runs @ 330,7 Mhz & standard: 4-4-4 timings and 1,8V My temps are max 65° @ 100% CPU AND 100% GPU but with an better cooler (Windstille for MSI WIND) and Arctic Cooler V5!
Maybe you could overclock the netbook a bit more if you give the RAM higher timings, but then it is a bit dangerous! The power is much better because of the FSB overclock (RAM, CPU, RAM- -- 9xx SOLDIERS SANS FRONTIERS
