I can change my VRAm from 64, 128 and MaxDMVT (which I assume is
256MB, aka, whatever the max is for the VBIOS) but this doesn't affect
any of the things u listed, mine remain the same as your even if I
have it on 64MB.

I noticed that while in VIsta or 7, games would only take advantage of
64MB or VRAM (UT2K4, Killing Floor) which is technically true. If I
understand, 64MB is the VRAM, and the extra 192MB is texture memory
(idk the exact difference). While in XP however, it uses the full
256MB as VRAM in those games I listed.
