Isn't it easier to follow the basic optimization guidelines, meaning
disabling any antialiasing and anisotropic filtering, putting all
settings on low and medium res, then go from there until it begins to
stutter? Unless it stutters with those settings, which with intel
hardware isn't that uncommon...
