So I just got everything I wanted on my laptop: music, movies, and
some games, when.... It started making sputtering noises & the
hardware fault alarm was beeping at me. At first I thought it was the
HDD, which is easy enough to replace. Then I realized that the fan
wasn't turning on, so I thought it was that instead. Now I know it's
BOTH that are dying/dead.

So I've decided to junk this old Core Duo, GMA 950 toting oldie for a
newer model. I've seen that many of the laptops that Bestbuy sells
come with Radeon 4250s. (I AM NOT getting another intel machine,
gorram GMAs)

So my question is, how good (or bad) is that card? I know it's
integrated, & some laptops can allocate more RAM to it than others
(890-1495 it seems)

How does this card hold up compared to our beloved (hated to an extent
I 'spose) GMA 950?
