Yes, both lvl 5 and lvl 12 have upgrades, at least for some tier 1 cars. And knowing how to lvl up is also important. They should make multiple versions of the same tracks, but for different lvl players, as racing a lvl 30 guy with a gtr is very very complicated, impossible if the guy is minimally good. I've seen guys with tier 1 cars that if they had tier 2 they would have kicked my ass :) Oh, and I added you already, just haven't caught you online yet. But when you're online, I can always race you with my tier 1, specially since yours have better accel than mine ;)
