you can try sigma 3.1 drivers. They work with opengl in cs 1.6 for me. There is a shortcut command you can try too (I can't remember, something like -diretct3d, google it), but it's wierd since it won't work some versions of CS 1.6. My opinion is that sigma 3.1 is the best for old games. (for opengl compatibility)
