Currently, you have tools on our group that help you do it easily and without taking risks on messing your registry. Download IGRM or IDAMT 2.0. IGRM lets you change all 3 values, while IDAMT 2.0 only lets you change between 0 and 1, but shows you your games config database. With any of those tools, you just need to select the exe for the game and put it in software mode. If you use IGRM, you can try using the value 2 function, which is currently labeled unknown.
