about 150 USD for that computer is totally ok(156 USD - 100 GPB) its a second hand netbook.... you can get a brand new netbook with those specs for 200 USD easily. do not expect running new games very well, not even fairly, the 4500hd supports newest features, like TnL, HD, SM 4.0 bla bla bla.... but with that CPU youll wont get 15 FPS and finally about the video.....
