It would change very little I would imagine, in general terms when a GPU
utilizes VRAM it does so in a linear fashion, so with or without the
additional RAM the GPU would still utilize the 64MB first, infact if it
didn't have the additional RAM and it was executing something intensive it
would have to clear currently loaded data in RAM all the time adding to the
workload.
